Your breath, your chain muscles, your voice, your attention, and last but not least, your awareness are elemental things in the process of being present

THEY ARE ALL CONNECTED, THEY DO WORK AT THE SAME TIME

And learning this is a process.

With every breath, you create space in your body, and with the intentional use of your awareness, you process whatever emotion is inside of you that you left inconclusive. In my experience is only with consistent practice that you get to know yourself and be faster than your triggers.
