Although I no longer practice as a therapist, I have studied extensively in Mexico, I earn a Masters's Degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the human psyche and the importance of a holistic approach to healing. With a profound passion for promoting well-being, I have honed my expertise in mind-body-awareness integration, utilizing practices that foster a deep connection between physical and emotional wellness.

Over the course of two decades, I have diligently cultivated my meditation practice, recognizing its transformative potential for inner peace, emotional balance, and personal growth.
